Email notifications sent to customers, like order and delivery confirmations, provide up-to-date information about the various stages of their order, enhancing customer satisfaction and building trust in your online store.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the customer when an order is placed, and a delivery confirmation is dispatched as soon as the order, or any part of it, is marked as delivered. The option to send a message during the delivery process is also available. MyCashflow automatically generates order confirmation messages, but you can customize the message template with CSS styles to align with your company's branding.
Besides automated messages, you also have the option to manually send any email notification to your customers through MyCashflow's management tool.
You can view all email notifications related to an order on the order page, under the 'Email Notifications' tab.
