In addition to automatic backups, you can also create manual backups of your MyCashflow online store using the user-friendly CSV tool. This allows you to restore all the data of your online store using the backup if needed.

In addition to automatic backups, MyCashflow allows you to create manual backups of your online store using its integrated CSV tool.

With MyCashflow's CSV tools, you can save all your online store's data to your computer as .csv files. These files can be easily restored to your online store whenever necessary, providing an extra layer of security for your data.

Creating backups

Use the CSV export feature found in the MyCashflow management tool for saving backup files.

  • Start by selecting the store version you want to back up.
  • Then, navigate to the CSV export tool on the management tool's Reports > Export data into a CSV file.
  • Choose the type of data you want to back up.
  • In the detailed data selection window, click the 'Select All' link.
  • Save the file to your computer.
  • You can restore the file to your online store as is, if needed, without making any changes to it. Use the CSV import feature for restoration.
