An abandoned shopping cart doesn’t necessarily mean lost sales, as fortunately for merchants, most abandoned carts can be salvaged. Although visitors may return to the store on their own, it’s also beneficial to entice them back with an automatic email reminder urging them to complete their purchase.
With the Cart Recovery feature available in MyCashflow, you can send reminder messages about abandoned carts, bringing potential customers back to your online store.
By clicking the link in the message, the customer is redirected to your online store, where their previously filled cart awaits. They can still modify it if necessary before completing their purchase. To enhance the effectiveness of the message, you can include a single-use campaign code that entitles the customer to a fixed or percentage discount.
Add the Cart Recovery feature to your store from the admin tool page under Account > Extensions > Cart Recovery and configure the extension settings.
