In MyCashflow, you can now create gift card products that customers can use to pay for their orders. A new gift card product can be created on the Products page of the MyCashflow management tool by clicking the Add gift card product button. Once an order is paid, the sold gift card product generates a new gift card with an automatically generated code on the Gift Cards page in the store management.
In addition to selling gift card products, gift cards can also be created manually in the traditional way via the Orders > Gift Cards page in the store management.
Gift cards offer versatile usage options in your online store: customers can use multiple gift cards for payment, and one discount coupon or campaign code can also be applied.
If there is value remaining on the gift card after payment, the code can be reused at checkout. If there is an outstanding balance after using the gift card, the customer can pay the remaining amount with their chosen payment method.
MyCashflow's built-in POS system, MyCashflow Kassa, supports payment with gift cards. Once a gift card is created as a product in the store, it can be purchased both online and at a sales point.
Create a sellable gift card product in your online store from the Products page by selecting the Add product button's dropdown menu. Configure the gift card product details and click Save. When a customer orders a gift card product, a gift card is created for them upon order delivery. For detailed instructions, read more in the help center.
You can find the management of manually created gift cards on the Orders > Gift Cards page in the store management. Create a new gift card or open an existing one from the list to edit its settings. Gift cards are available in all paid MyCashflow service plans.
