You can add various features to streamline logistics of inventory products in your online store. Using MyCashflow’s inventory management system, you can link all essential information to the physical products stored in your warehouse, accelerating and simplifying logistics processes:
- Barcode: the product or model’s unique barcode (e.g., EAN).
- Warehouse location: the product's location in the warehouse, which appears on the shipping list.
- Customs tariff code: the CN code used in export declarations when selling outside the EU.
- Country of origin: required when selling products internationally.
- Inventory balance: the quantity of the product in the online store’s warehouse.
- Alert threshold: helps manage inventory proactively and prevents overselling. Products below the alert threshold can be viewed by selecting "Inventory Alerts" from the filter menu on the Products page.
Here's how to enable inventory tracking for a product without variations:
1. Go to the Inventory tab on the product card.
2. Select the option "The product has inventory that I want to track."
3. Fill in the inventory management settings and press save.
