Every online store must have shipping terms that provide essential information to customers, including order policies, payment methods, order and payment confirmations, shipping methods and associated costs, delivery times, return policies, and how to handle potential issues.
The default shipping terms encompass all these elements. Since they are pre-written, you can easily modify them to suit your specific online store, making it especially convenient and efficient, particularly when setting up a new e-commerce business.
The shipping terms can be found on the "Terms and Conditions" form, which is located under Settings > General Settings.
Shipping terms are available in all MyCashflow service packages.
