User management

In MyCashflow, you can create multiple users for your online store and manage their access rights to different functions in the admin panel. With this feature, you can, for example, create a separate user account for a theme designer and give them access only to the design-related features.

Modify user permissions in the online store management

In MyCashflow, it's easy to create multiple users for your online store and manage their access rights to various store functions. For example, you can create a unique user account for a theme designer and restrict their access solely to the appearance management.

In the user settings form found in the MyCashflow management, you can specify the user’s permissions for different pages, functions, and content within the management tool. With access rights, you can restrict an individual user's access to specific areas such as store reports, orders, products, customers, appearance, and accounting. This allows you to customize each user’s permissions exactly as you need.

Managing user accounts

Creating a new user account in MyCashflow is easy:

  1. Go to the Account > Users page in the management tool.
  2. Click the Add user button.
  3. Fill in the user’s information in the form.
  4. Click Save.

In the user account settings, you can specify the user's access to different functions. You can also easily delete user accounts entirely.
